Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Caffculator account and all your data at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Caffculator.
2. If you protected your account (Apple, Google or email), go to Settings › Account › Delete account; if you use the app anonymously, go to Settings › Data & privacy › Delete my account and data.
3. Optionally choose a reason (you can tap "Skip").
4. Export as CSV first is checked by default: your data opens as a file in the share sheet before deletion. Uncheck it if you don't want that.
5. Type delete my account and tap Delete my account permanently.

Deletion happens immediately. If you linked an email to your account, we send a confirmation email as a record of the deletion.

To delete only your logs and keep your account, use Settings › Data & privacy › Delete all my data.

If you can't access the app

If you've deleted the app or can't access your device, email support@caffculator.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying it's you, we'll delete your account within 30 days and let you know.

If you never linked your account to an email, Apple or Google, your data is tied to an anonymous ID. If you reinstall the app on the same device, your anonymous account usually comes back (on iOS, unless the device was reset); you can then delete it with the steps above. If it doesn't come back or you can't install the app, send Your anonymous ID from Settings › Data & privacy (use "Copy ID") to support@caffculator.com if you have it, and we'll delete the account. An account you haven't protected is deleted automatically with all its data if it isn't opened at all for 24 months.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (weight, height, birth year, sex, pregnancy/breastfeeding/doctor restriction, sensitivity, goals, sleep and water preferences) and your consent record
• All your coffee, drink and water logs
• Your favorites, custom drinks and badges
• Your notification settings and push token
• Your recovery details (including the recovery key on your device) and linked sign-in methods (Apple, Google, email)
• Your email delivery records

What may remain

• Server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
• If you chose a deletion reason, that answer is kept separately from your identity for 24 months, then deleted automatically.
• If we're legally required to keep a record, it's kept only for as long as required.

Deleted data can't be recovered; we don't keep a separate backup.

Subscriptions

Caffculator is free and has no subscriptions.
